This pharmacy is a joke. I was called to pick my prescription so I made a trip. Pharmacy tech says that she can’t release the meds coz the pharmacist was at lunch so I have to come back. This is 2nd time that I was told that I will have to come back coz they couldn’t release the meds, pharmacist is at lunch..mind u both meds r refills. I have taken them b4. Regardless, I don’t have his lunch schedule to avoid this. Why can’t they just post a sign that says Pharmacist won’t be in from so n so time. I am a very sickly person for them to make me come back during this pandemic time shame on them..so I asked them to mail it to me the earliest I will get is next week Monday coz they will send it out on Friday n today is Wednesday. Seriously …management shud do something about this n I thut Safeway pharmacy was horrible.
