Horrible experience. I recently bought a second hand bag from my friend, and I came to the store to see if the sales can help me verify if the bag is real. I approached a sale girl, and she was smiling and being super friendly to me. She said that she believed that it was real, but she wanted to take the bag to the back and ask her manager to confirm. When she came back out, she gave me a 360 attitude. She was rude and dismissive. She told me that we cannot do that for you, and she almost threw the bag back to me. The scene as if she was trying to kick me out of the store. She was loud, and I felt embarrassed and humiliated.I understand if it is a store policy that you cannot verify if my bag to see if it is a real Gucci bag. However, please treat me with respect as Gucci is SORT OF a high end store!
