We wanted hiking boots, the store was empty except for us. They SEEMED helpful, until you wanted to try on shoes. Brought wrong size, i wear an 8 wide. Then right size but wrong color, then not wide and wrong size, then hebsaid they werebout. Teyed with another pair, gone for a long time, wrong size, rigjt color, and wide. Out of 8. We ordered a pair ( at his suggestion) he never said you had to pay 1/2 when placing order,until we went to buy my boyfriends boots, and pick which ones i wanted. That being said, 1 week went by,2nd week we called ,they didnt have my color, so didnt order( they didnt call us to tell us that) so they said they would NOW order the other color, called again ( they apologized, going to order that day) now 4 weeks later, we called, NO ONE EVER ORDERED, OR CALLED , we got out money back

The girl who helped me was very friendly and helpful. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, measured my feet for me, and even put the shoes on my feet for me! I was very impressed. The shoes are a little expensive, but they are very good quality.

Came in for the first time today: James and Biolett immediately greeted me. James was the one who assisted me. Very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Allowed me to try on various pairs of shoes and schooled me up on the specific type of shoe I needed for the specific type of activity I needed them for. Great experience overall. Can’t wait to be back.
