I will absolutely never go here again. The store has a military discount. I’ve never had any issues using this discount until now. This store seems to have some sort of vendetta against people that have either served or are currently serving. They wouldn’t let me use my discount on a pair of Jordan’s that are NOT on the list of exclusions. Their answers constantly change and I truly believe there is something going on on a personal level there at that store against military. He said if I had a rewards coupon I could use it against them but not my military discount. Something just seems off about the whole situation. I will be contacting the BBB and let the local news know how poorly they treated me.

Had the best customer service experience. Andrea was helpful and went the extra mile to find a certain Nike shoe style for our son. This employee has been trained well. We’ll definitely be back when need to buy shoes again.
