We purchased a queen sized Eco Cloud – Awareness Firm Mattress – which was luxuriously supportive back in 2008 or 2009.After visiting a number of natural latex stores we settled on this one as it has the best quality natural latex mattresses we’ve sampled in the bay area! Steve helped us with questions and there was no pressure just awesome support.11 years later and we are still very happy with our purchase! The mattress has lasted well and is still as comfortable as day 1!

We’ve had our amazing NMS latex mattress for almost 6 years now. It’s provided thousands of hours of restful sleep for my husband and I, the best kid ever (when she sneaks in), 1 cat, 3 dogs and most recently, a tiny Barbados lamb we rescued.Recently we’ve been thinking we ought to ‘firm up’ the medium top we originally purchased, daggum old age. Instead of trying to sell me something we might not even need to resolve our underlying issue –pun intended– Will was kind enough to offer instructions on how to make a simple change to our current setup. He walked me through everything over the phone and made sure I was clear on the intent.This type of interaction, should be the standard in customer service. Building trust, offering honest solutions and having a willingness to stop and listen to the needs of a client.The San Rafael location is a beautiful, clean store with loads of options for trial; they even offered to let us nap on clean covers and pillow cases while we were deciding! The staff was kind and knowledgeable, and we’ve received excellent communication throughout the years. If you’re looking to sleep like a log for the next 15 to 20 years, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the latex mattress’, pillows, wool covers AND the customer service at NMS.
