They used to oil your boots while you waited now you have to leave them for 3 days. They are work boots I need them for work. Wow terrible service for such expensive boots.

Don’t go here to get new soles. They don’t want to help. Lady there said my boots couldn’t be resoled. I was hurt, thinking I was going to have to give up on my favorite boots.
