The owner is a little rude, i enjoy a cigar now and then and I saw he had some nice padrons, I asked how much and all he did was laugh and say “too much for you”. So I continued to look at the rest of the stock and A LOT of the cigars are dry and hard. I asked if this was properly humidified, and again he just laughed and said if you know anything about cigars then you know. So I decided to buy a cigar anyways. After I purchased it I realized it had a cracked wrapper and I came back in to ask if I could get another one to exchange and he said no. Horrible customer service

Called several different shops to see if they had what I was looking. This place was one pr the few that answered the phone. Very polite. Came in. Owner was nice, professional and pleasant. Prices were great. Definitely will come back!

Sent my bf to grab smokes and while doing so he dropped him money while trying to pay and the owner tried to steal his money. Terrible customer service. How do you try and steal the customers money while doing so tried to argue it was his. Over a 10 dollar bill. Will not come back here. Definitely dont reccomend this crook of a place. Owner should be ashamed. I know we are living in tough times but come on now!
