The only reason this location is getting 2 stars is because I have been shopping at Big 5 for years and I’m giving then the benefit of the doubt . I liked this shoes that was on special , so asked the employee to verify the price for me and he did, when I took it to the cashier, the price changed. And although $12 was not going to break my budget, the fact that I waited for Adam the manager only to end up getting help by Kamaka, who probably could not make it right for me even if wanted to, was completely un-proffesional . Left me unhappy. I was standing by the cashier taking my shoes off. While all looked on.
