They did what needed to be done ! It took longer than I expected and they had to end up keeping my car to fix it but they checked in with my needs and provided me a loaner vehicle for the meantime. Jenifer is service/maintenance department is wonderful – she’s really dedicated to providing top quality customer service and it showed through each step of the interaction with her. I brought in my car for a couple of things and after I left she noticed something else and added it to the list of repairs. Wow. I had a bunch of questions too and 4 folks helped get them all answered. I couldn’t have had much before of an experience than that. Thanks y’all!!
