Davis Donation Xpress Locations … The Goodwill Donation Xpress is a donation center for Goodwill. They do not sell anything, but it is a very nice place to donate.

For over a year I’ve hunted for a Brick Mortar location I can afford reasonably.

Not a good place if you want deals.

Google sent us here. One of the many Good Will Express Donation centers that were temporarily closed – only this location said “open today til 5:30.” Great!! We pull up with a ton of good stuff to donate, and the place is not only closed, it is empty. :’(

Store is permanently closed. They are accepting donations at their main store downtown.

Figures these seedy cheat frauds would snake into Davis’s U district. Surprising The city of Davis let these con’s open up here, especially because of the SPCA right around the corner, who will now suffer in donations due to the Exp exploiters.I’m looking at a location to open a thrift shop near this ‘donation express’ and I can guarantee the lease for this Goodwill location is 3-4x the cost for lease and running expenses. I’m I the only one in fury about all of these express donation places for the supposed non-profit GIANT corp. Thrift Good(for nothing)Will.Facing the cost of an affordable location, when struggling with finance plans is a daunting nearly impossible deed. For over a year I’ve hunted for a Brick Mortar location I can afford reasonably. I’m not going to rely on my brand new thrift shop to generate enough rev within the first year to pay a Giant Lease at a prime location.THE GOOD(for nothing)WILL on the other hand has 4-5 donation exp in my immediate area here in Citrus Heights…PRIME LOCATIONS on CENTRAL STREETS in RETAIL HUGE TRAFFIC AREAS….Easily these exprss laundering $$ centers easily cost 10,000 to run MONTHLY (staff, pwr, utilities, phone internet, signage, lease alone $2500.) REMEMBER THESE FACILITIES DO NOT COLLECT ANY REVENUE! !!!The Feds and of course the state of CA dole out the cash to non-profit businesses to supplement any overtures! huh? isn’t the whole idea of NON-PROFIT is to band together as a community for a cause to not drain the tax payer? Anybody know the % of the entire federal nonprofit supp budget the GoodWill collects alone? disgusting Im sure. Yet the line of people throwing more and more wonderfully reusable items at the Goodwill never ends…Maybe due to the GIANT marketing budget the Goodwill has. Which sucessfully has brain washed the zombie’s we have all become think good willy to donate give to Goodwill take to the Goodwill
