I shop there every year. I’ve never seen the store so poorly stocked or managed. The Spectrum Service man was there to shut off the internet and remove their hardware for lack of payment. The customers picking up were complaining about wrong items, the engraving station was nearly self service, they were unable to change a $100 bill on a $60 order, the registers were taking 10 minutes per customer. The items I was picking up were not what I initially ordered and such poor quality the inscribed plaque was crooked. I wondered if this will be their last year in business.
