They’ve always been able to solve my phone problems. I went to the outpost on Irving and they just told me to file an insurance claim but at 3555 they took the extra time to get me a phone the same day because I needed it. Nice people great service

William was amazing! He was so patient and funny and also extremely good at his job. I could tell he had a lot on his plate, as they were short staffed and he was the only manager working. But he was able to multi task like a pro, he deserves a raise! Made our experience at ATT way more enjoyable than expected! The worker at the table next to us, Robby I believe, was also incredibly patient and personable. Although it was the end of everyone’s shift and past 7pm, no one seemed agitated, stressed, or in a rush.I don’t usually feel so inclined to do a survey but I felt that this was more than necessary. Thank you!

Bad News First: The wait was a bit insane(approx. 1.5 hours), considering there only 1 associate working.Good News: William, acknowledge everyone waiting, apologized for the wait time and kept his upbeat, professional demeanor; which almost made up for wait time. I’ve been to this store before and they are head and shoulders better than the Serramonte location.
