The Gourmandise School is a recreational cooking school located on the third floor of Santa Monica Place shopping center and now has a retail shop located on the first floor. We offer live interactive online cooking and baking classes for beginners to professionals, adults and kids, with a focus of teaching classic techniques using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients as often as possible. The classes are all taught by instructors and industry professionals who specialize in their unique fields and specialties, and are passionate about passing those techniques on to you. For more intimate experiences, the school offers private events for things such as corporate team building, or adult and kids birthday parties.

Yum!!!!! I have taken several classes here and am always amazed at the stuff that comes out of my kitchen. The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful and the chefs go above and beyond in sharing tips and tricks to making delicious food. Would recommend to anyone looking to expand on their cooking knowledge and make some delicious food in the process.
