Ralphs used to be good prices and nice people. No longer. This is why i only come here for very few items anymore.

Large store. Staff and employees are very helpful and friendly. Large selections of everything. Plus there’s a Starbucks and US Bank inside.

I was so excited to have landed a Covid-19 vaccination, but saddened when denied the shot by the pharmacist at this Ralph’s. I’m 62 years old and volunteer a few times a week at local food banks. I carried my food bank letter, which was honored as a tier 1-B food worker document by similar-aged volunteers who went to Albertson’s. I explained this to the Ralph’s pharmacist who was told by someone that she telephoned that working at a food bank put me in the category of food service, tier 1-C not food worker. I wish the staff at Ralph’s were better trained in public health principles rather than in strict interpretation of rules. Denying an older person who donates time to distribute food during a deadly pandemic is the wrong decision, a poor exercise of discretion and judgment.
