I went for work at Aaron’s Brother upstairs. Kang was extremely helpful in helping me choose a frame, albeit, it was $500! To be fair, my piece was rather large. They had ample parking, but the atmosphere was meh. They allow dogs! Biiiggggg plus! For future customers, shop around first for custom framing, if it doesn’t pan out, go to Michael’s.

I recently visited this Michaels location and had a very pleasant experience. I was especially thankful for being helped by Katherina. I had a some exchanges and a return on top of that! She was super nice and helpful. Fantastic customer service with difficult transactions to process. She showed no sign of stress or that it was a bother. So for that I was greatful.
