Now she’s stuck with a gift card because they wouldn’t give her the money.

Great discounts and best place for girlfriends and wives souvenirs

I bought a basic black Coach wallet. It was cheap, but seems well made. More products for women than men. All good though.

Very satisfied with the customer service. Received the help needed from every member encountered and management to help with our selection. Thanks again.

It was kind of uncomfortable because it was hard to tell who was an employee & who wasn’t. There was one man, in particular, who kind of mumbled something after we walked in, but when I turned to see what he said, he wasn’t even looking at us, so I thought he was a customer speaking to someone else. I couldn’t tell that he worked there until I saw him greet some other customers about 10 minutes later! It was really awkward & weird & even after being in there almost 30 minutes, that feeling never went away. (None of the employees made us feel particularly welcomed in the store & no one seemed too happy to be there)
