I frequent Goodwill. Thrift shopping is fun to me, but, this particular day I was left with a bad taste. The lines were long and there were two cashiers. I’m guessing one was cash and the other was credit. I did not know this but luckily, I travel with both. However, not everyone does. Today, in particular, a young man didn’t. I’m assuming he was oblivious to the cash and credit line as well because we were both in the credit aisle and he tried to pay with cash. I kid you not, the female cashier, told him “I said credit, now you need to go to the back of the cash line”. He remained calm and told her, “I just stood here for a while, I didnt know, I do not want to go to the back” “can it just be rang up and I pay really quick and leave”. The argument she gave definitely took longer than ringing his things up would’ve. Mind you, we are all just waiting in line at this point. While she argued. With a customer. A customer paying their money in a store she works at. After being stubborn she allows him to pay cash….after all that. But,then…….she refuses to give him his change. Even after the petty display of control the cashier showed, I still wouldn’t have expected this. Like a fool, I paid for my things (I shouldve walked out of line) and left. This will certainly be my last time thrift shopping here.

Great selection for a thrift store. They don’t do returns any more but you can exchange clothing or electronics that don’t work, within a week if the tags are still attached.
