The line to pick up prescriptions is ridiculous… In the photo below you can see the people behind me, and there are just as many (5) ahead of me… Considering how many other reviews point out the same thing, obviously they either don’t read these reviews or don’t care about them. So, I am changing the one prescription we still have here to CVS.In looking ahead, at the counter, it appears that they are training someone, but then you have the more experienced person looking over her shoulder, wearing her mask on her chin… THIS IS A PHARMACIST!!! FOR God’s sake!In addition to this, the checkout lane is super-messy… see the photo below, as an example, with an open Pepsi bottle left on the counter, and random items from the store scattered around.

My Husband had to wait for an hour to pick up a medication here because of a mixup at our normal pharmacy. After an hour, at night, they didn’t even give him the full prescription I needed for a respiratory infection. We didn’t even get half. We sure got charged for the full script. Talk about shady. Don’t come here.

I came across Lisa who claimed to be manager and wouldn’t let me shop in the make up department because she said I was too ugly. She wouldn’t let me bring my baby inside, because she was crying, she told me to leave her outside with the tweakers, and when I came back for my baby she was unconscious. Lisa is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I’ve ever met, and for these reasons she doesn’t meet the requirements to being an employee of Walgreens.
