Had issues with an order attempted over the phone and online. Went in to this store to get it resolved. While there, this store took great care of me and managed to help me order my sons’ two phones. They mistakenly ordered one in 128Gb instead of my requested 256Gb. I returned to the store and was helped by Ericka. She corrected everything and made the entire process painless. Her level of service immediately reminded me that she had helped me during my last upgrades as well. By far she is the most courteous, helpful, and technology savvy Verizon associate I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by.
