I am not sure about others but I have been having a great experience here.Right from the self-guided tour by Iryna to the smooth move-in experience, everything was handled properly. Huge shout-out to Courtney. She is really quick in resolving all the queries and clarifying everything required.Regarding the locality, it’s generally quiet and peaceful. You can walk around the meadow park. For groceries, whole foods is at a walkable distance. There are other eating options as well here. I haven’t checked out the amenities personally but there are a lot of options to keep you busy here.The apartment itself is beautiful. Has a nice balcony and modern appliances. The rooms are big enough and washrooms are plush. 🙂

Not sure about all the 1 star reviews, but I’ve had a great experience here. Yes there are some people who drive noisy cars and yes, I’ve definitely seen more than 1 household or family in the gym without masks at a time. But overall, the apartment community was clean, the people were friendly and responsive to everything I asked for. At night, security is all over the place. The leasing agent (Anthony) remembered our names months after we signed there and always waved and said hello when we saw him. The location was great as well. This was hands down the best apartment we lived at in CA in the 3 years we were there. I feel comfortable recommending this to friends and family. The only reason we left was for an opportunity that moved us out of the state.

Just moved in to this community from out-of-state. I would like to say thanks to Haleigh from the leasing office. She’s so patient, professional, caring and reply to my email promptly. She knows exactly what kind of apartment I am looking for. Without her, I do not think I could find such a quiet and beautiful apartment.I would like to give thanks to Christine as well, who answered many of my move-in questions very patiently after I moved in.One recommendation to the management team is that I hope there is a systematic move-in instruction to tell me where to find the trash room, mail room, package room, etc. And I did see random people get into the building and I hope management can find some way so residents here do not let strangers follow them to come in. They kindly let my friends in. I feel thankful but also a bit concerned.
