They have a list of 10 unreturnable items pasted on the checkout counter that most people don’t bother looking at. I purchased an UNOPENED combo lock that I tried to return but was told sorry dude, no return. They didn’t warn me when I purchased it. No wonder small stores like these are going out of business. Prices are 150% more than Amazon and far less flexibility on returns than Home Depot and other stores. This is what I get for trying to support local small stores.
