He met all of his commitments and actually finished early. He was able to put new flooring throughout my 1200 sf home and do a complete kitchen remodel in a little over 3 weeks. Bonus for me is that it was completed just before our COVID-19 stay at home orders so I have been able to revel in my new beautiful kitchen and new floors while isolated! I keep telling my friends (appropriately social distanced, of course) how much I love my new kitchen, giving them tours via facetime and zoom. They are appropriately impressed.Lou’s subs were really good at what they do and wonderful to work with. Lou was on site every day to check progress. His communications with me were timely so I always knew what was going on and he was always available for questions. He was able to make changes to the plans as we progressed and agreed to new layouts. Materials and work done has been of the highest quality and on budget.
