Very good customer service; no pressure, just good info and quick runs to the back for what my husband and I were interested in. Lots to choose from, good size range in stock, and buy one get one half off was in effect. I’ve loved Skechers workout shoes for years and I love the different styles I just got. They’re light, well made, breathable shoes with good traction and cute enough to wear just about anywhere, including work. Overall, we’re very pleased and will head there first when we need shoes again (which probably won’t be soon, since they last for years).

I just got my best pair of running shoes yet: another pair of Skechers with Memory Foam soles, but this time also with the extra-special runners grip soles and comfortable arch inlay on the sides. They come in a stylish pink-and-white too, my fave for color combos. They are as always, heavily expensive but worth it if you value both comfort and functionality combined with longevity and heavy use in a shoe. The staff are hit-or-miss, a couple of the Latinas and some others were super rude to me at various times but most have been kind and helpful. It’s in a good location in Burbank, very easy to get to, and the sales, when they do happen, wow!
