Horrible 0 stars. Said we could try 3 dresses on a day but then when we try too he says no and directs us too the store across the street. I needed a dress for prom and he was rude saying I’m too big when he had my size in every dress I fit a large and he was being rude the manager. He cussed too my mom saying f you. And snatches the stuff out of our hands. And we go to the store across the street and they said that they do that a lot of you are bigger they don’t want you too mess up the dress I am not even that big and they did it too me refused service

Horrible customer service. Women helping there was rude. Manger didn’t let anyone try on dresses!! Even wen we said we would pay for them after we found the right fit. Lost out on 10 bridesmaid dresses

Horrible customer service. They charge 10$ per dress to try it on and if you don’t like there policy they will direct you to the store across the street.
