In general I like UPS. But…. There employees do not seem to understand about masks. I went in a week or two ago and one employee had a face shield on with no mask. I sent a complaint to UPS and no response yet. I went in today. The same person had a face shield and no mask. The other employee had the mask under her chin and then latter it was over the mouth and not the nose. Clearly there is a training issue and probably a lack of providing the proper equipment. This is a big company and I’m surprised.This is an update three months latter. I went in and the same employee is not wearing a mask.
