I should have read the other reviews. The staff here is ignorant of the promotions that 7-11 is offering. The young man behind the counter was personable, but ignorant of a pizza special that was promoted on the front door of his own store, and refused to give me the advertised price. I went to another 7-11 nearby, and was given the advertised price without issue. I blame the manager for not keeping his/her staff informed correctly.

The girl that claims she is the assistant manager treats people rudely and with super bad attitude as if she didn’t even want to be there, unhelpful, have to basically force information out of her by asking many times until the answer isn’t a shrug completely not caring that you need help and that you are a customer, have never been treated so poorly, I see other complaints about her, not wearing her mask and making food and about her attitude problems and the east she treats customers. This isn’t right, employees are there to help customers not refuse service because you just can’t be bothered to care

They close at or before 10 p.m., doesn’t matter what you need or want. There’s a bike lock on the door bars. Don’t advertise 24 hours, if you’re not backing it up. If you’re worried about covid, then make adjustments… and put them out there.
