This Khol’s is so/so insideAnd is great for last minute giftsAnd such, but there is no help atthe register’s. Even if there are employees at the register, plan on spending a good chunk of time to pay for your item and head out. At least that’s the experience I get everything I shop there. The woman with the black hair who was working at the customer service desk at 2:40pm today treats customers like garbage. I would suggest asking another associate with a better attitude to exchange your items because that woman rolls her eyes at customers and makes you feel like an idiot for asking questions about the returns process. Sad that this store can’t get better help than that. She must have a miserable life to treat complete strangers like that.
