It is a straight to the point shop that is always incredibly clean. To be honest, I find this particular branch very peaceful due to the mild volume of customers. I love that they’ve a parking lot too.

Staff is very nice but some are not always so eager to help. The company is not at fault, it’s just some workers with their own personality and work ethics. I complain about this and management was very helpful to correct the situation. I now see that this store seems to want to be as professional as possible and it’s what they strive for. I will continue to come here and recommend this store to anyone.

The staff is friendly and like asking about your pets, and even the fish section, which at a lot of Petcos is laughable, has seen a lot of improvement the last year or so. If you have a dog or cat, do them a favor and try the frozen food in the back. It’s only available at certain locations (or by very mail with a BIG shipping fee) and it is a HUGE improvement for them. I saw a massive change in my dog when I switched. I always see dogs getting their obedience training here, and it’s adorable.
