Felt taken advantage of as it was my first piercing. They will try to con you. Make sure you ask about all costs upfront. Beware that the 3-week cleaning formula is significantly more expensive than whatever the longer one is (6 weeks?) The studs I chose were only about $5 but somehow my total came out to $66. Went online and saw that I was charged twice the price. Returned the next day to ask if there was anything they could do about it. Employees were condescending, rude, and unhelpful. Surprised by this as I’ve always enjoyed the store and their great deals, will never be shopping here again.

When I went there I bought a earring that was 80$ and in the first 2 days one of the diamond from the earring fell of and they atten you in a mean way (I would never go there again Walmart is better)
Our Great Adventures
We have shopped here a few times and Stephanie(sp?) really stood out. She is always so kind, helpful and cheerful. She is great at reminding you of the promotions and always gets an upsale from us…great deals- you can’t pass it up. The store is organized and clean and I definitely recommend shopping here or getting ears pierced.
