One staff member was not very helpful, the geeky section employee just told me where to look for wires, but he didnt help me and he stayed standing behind the counter. I wasn’t able to buy the cable because I don’t even know how to choose those things. It was a Palm Desert store. Very famous and prestigious, but it was my first and my last visit.

love best buy, but historically this store doesn’t have the best inventory. maybe i want odd things, but i typically have to order online or go to la Quinta and beyond. the staff is pretty great tho. have had some very knowledgeable assists with phones, etc. check Inventory online before you go. they will price match competitors…

The computer manager Michelle has great listening skills and made me a great recommendation on my new Bluetooth headset for working out. I got the under armour JBL cant wait to hit the trails now.
