I was told my sons tuxedo was going to be ready after 3p I show up at 5 and it’s not ready. The lady said to give them until 6:30, I show up and nope it’s still not ready. I told her I was not leaving till that tuxedo gets there it got there at 7p. Not happy with the service I would not recommend this place to anyone

This store is the worst place ever. I had my quinceanera on May 12, 2018. They had my dress the day before of my 15 on May 11 at 9:00pm. Julia is the lady in the front she is a liar. I went on August 12 to go a tell them whay dress I wanted they told to not worry everything was going to be okay. I went every month to go check how they were doing with my dress and Julia told that everything was amazing to not worry. Also they gave me my invitation 2 weeks before my 15. I had to go for my dress on Wednesday when I went it was so long, ripped, and it was not finished completely. They had to get 3 other ladies to finish my dress because they couldn’t finish it. She told I was going to choose what I wanted but she ended up choosing for me. When you go there they tell you Alberto is the one who does the dress but the truth is that Alberto left to Las Vegas to get a better job and sold the store to the ladies that work there. Honestly I don’t recommend this store for no one the lady lies always and they will give you your dress so late. I hate this store so much and gave me my dress at 9pm and one day before my 15. I hope everyone who sees this clnbice themselves that this store is the worst.

I ordered a prom dress and the lady tells me yes it’ll be ready by this weekend, and i even tripple check with her because i know sometimes we can misinterpret. She assured me the upcoming weekend. I call a week later, she tells me she sold my dress and switches up all her words and says the dress will arrive in another week. I go then to try on the dress. The open late. Its the morning i get theyre still opening the store, but everyone there is giving nasty faces and i already felt unwelcomed. I get fitted, gotta do some more adjustments gives me another 5 extra days to fix the dress. My dad picks up the dress takes all the receipts to show the dress is 100% paid off. NO this lady gives me dad the worst customer service and tells him no payment was ever made, he asks for their receipts they refuse so they start talking in english to thinking my dad wouldnt understand english. He speaks perfect english. And tells them, whatever you have to say in english i know it. Still refusing and saying he needs to pay the entire dress. My dad says fine, but youre getting sued. My dad is a calm person and to hear this from him was very upsetting and i hope other people read this before going there.
