Under the circumstances of just reopening to the public and getting back into the swing of things, the hotel is running pretty smoothly. There were a number of people that we saw waiting hours for rooms that should have been ready and they weren’t too happy. Our room was not ready, but the hotel offered an equivalent alternative room and that was fine by us.
