Most of the produce is rotten and the service is terrible. I always end up coming home with the least brown of the bananas and the least molded of the oranges and strawberries. I also fished through an entire rack of chicken that had expired 2 and 3 days before that no one was bothering to replace. What was even worse, was when I needed a Ralph’s card, it took me 3 visits and hounding the employees to help me get one. They wouldn’t scan one for me, either, when I’d ask every time how and where to get one! A customer behind me insisted I use his one of the times! Three times, the workers pointed me in the wrong direction, said the person who issued them wasn’t here, and the last time, I literally followed the security guard around after he gave me some other lame excuse. I told him I’d been to this store three times trying to get a card and no one would help me. And then he told me to hold on, and he wandered off for ages, and he brought me to an empty stand in the middle of the store where I waited a whole half hour before a berated worker came up and begrudgingly gave me a piece of paper to fill out and a freaking Ralph’s card. I’ve spent enough of my hard earned money on rotten food and rude service.

Well stocked store with lots of fresh produce and a nice deli.
