Just say it’s going to be an hour and I will come back another time.

Now all of the sudden it’s dropped to 3rd world level service.

The Pharmacy is great and the staff overall seems nice.

The customer service is basically non-existent. The doctor will call in a prescription and then the pharmacy technician will tell you that they have no record of your prescription. In addition, one of the techs at the Jefferson store in Culver City is extremely unfriendly. She greets you with a scowl. She never tells you hello, goodbye, or drop dead. She never thanks you for patronizing the store. This is a good store to avoid.

Something happened (no, not the pandemic). This place was pretty darned efficient about 3 months ago. Now all of the sudden it’s dropped to 3rd world level service. Long lines. Long waits to have things filled. Out of stock. Definitely a staffing issue. The grocery stores are the only ones making any money during the pandemic and yet for some reason Ralph’s doesn’t see the need to reinvest in their stores and ADD pharmacists to deal with the fact that they are now vaccinating, for which the government is paying them handsomely. C’mon Ralph’s. Get it together.
