Worst Customer Service and they hardly know how to do the job. Our appliance was under warranty and still they billed us and ended up saying it cannot be fixed. At the end we contacted ABC Applicance, the ABC rep came an fixed it in two days & as we were under the warranty we were not even charge a single penny for repairing.

After being assured that it would be cost-effective and easy to fix our old kitchen stove, we made an appointment to have it repaired. The time came, and passed. Over three hours later the repairman showed up. He immediately began explaining how complicated repairs would be and the unlikelihood that parts needed would be available. When he determined that the downdraft vent was stopped up he stated that he unequivocally was not going under our house to remove the obstacle. After further discussion, he charged us $110 for his time (never mind we had wasted a whole morning waiting for him!) and left. It was obvious in retrospect that he neither wanted to be here nor to do any repairs. I wonder what he thought his job was.

Great company to work with. My first appointment was the same day. The part was delayed and someone notified me. Once the part was received, we were in the schedule right away. Love it!
