I went to PetSmart because I had to put my dog to sleep and I remembered how professional and compassionate the employees at their Banfield pet hospital were the last time I had to do this for my other fur baby. They explain everything, ask if you have questions and when the time comes they don’t rush you. That’s really important!! I really appreciate them making a horrible situation as easy as possible not just for me but for my fur baby.

We like it there. The employees really care about all the animals and understand that to most of us our dogs and cats aren’t “pets” they are our children.

Having my grand niece with me it became a sort zoo visit. We saw grass hoppers, mice, kitty cats and dogs (dogs visiting with their humans). One kitty stood out. Her name is Sissy. Very very sweet kitty. I couldn’t take her home but she will be a definite addition to a family who wants a playful, loving kitty cat. Please adopt her!!
