Just bought the red Pittsburgh low profile 3 ton jack. Item # 56677 @ $114.96 CA tax included. I just unboxed it. Upon reading the owner’s manual & safety instructions, it’s said to top off hydraulic oil. ( Not included ) not labeled on the box that you need it. It does have a picture of two jack stands which says not included. Harbor Freight’s staff/ employees could have advised me that I needed this before operation. During checkout the computer should or could have made sounds/ popped. Or even sent E-mail/ txt msg. Could have made an additional sale $$ also Pittsburgh /Harbor Freight should have included a bottle of hydraulic oil within the box. Not everybody has hydraulic fluid just laying around.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Did not have the 1 or 2 ton foldable shop crane for at least 3 weeks in Palmdale. So went to Lancaster and got one in 4 days in a damaged box (item was not going to be sold but we asked to look at it anyway. It is solid steel and showed no damage. Were given a good discount and took it with us.)
