We had a mailbox at Postal Annex for over 6 years. We only stopped using their services because we moved out of the area. Overall we were very happy with their services.We haven’t been a customer for almost 2 years but Ramesh called me over the weekend because one of our clients mistakenly sent a letter to our old PO Box. He held the letter for me so that I could pick it up. Most services would have sent the letter back, return to sender. Ramesh went out of his way to help and I greatly appreciated it.

Ramesh did an incredible job helping me ship tons of stuff from Concord California to Playa del Carmen mexico. It was a complex job with lots of customs issues and he knew how to handle it perfectly. He also helped me box and ship things in a more efficient fashion so that one box cost me much less money then all the separate bags I had. his instincts and his knowledge of the industry were superior.
