Doug O’Meara is the best Store Manager and has excellent employees at this store. For the past year, 2020 – 2021, I have been in this store almost daily, using their computer, printing up items, and mailing packages. Every time I go in this particular store, I hear and see what goes on with myself and with other customers. Each and every time the employees have been extremely efficient, quick and professional. I have been to other UPS stores, and none are handled as efficiently and professionally as this store. I am always amazed how smoothly this store runs – with all of the countless services which they provide. This is a GEM of a UPS store to go to. I hope they are always here to provide their excellent services to us!

Would have given half a star if I could. Seems like the experience of many others echoed mine. Rudest store person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and he said he is the Manager – guess he slept through the customer service part of the curriculum. Will never go back there – the only reason I did was because they were holding a package for me. In contrast the service at Postal Annex is 5 stars!
