This review is based on my experience with online purchasing from Berdels. I called last week to get a rough estimate on shipping/delivery times. I spoke with a super chill, kind guy who informed me that my order would be shipped out right after placing. I assumed it would probably take a day or two before it would even go out. So, I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that not only did my order ship out roughly ONE hour after placing my order, but it arrived maybe 2 days after placing my order. I haven’t stopped raving about my experience, and can’t wait to place my next orders! This place is a gem. Buy all your gifts and gear here!!!

Love this store – I savor coming in and I try to make a pit stop whenever I’m downtown. If you want to return anything, keep the labels. They will refuse your return if you don’t have them, no exceptions.
