The best experience . From the minute I walked in I was greeted and they started on my phone right away.The solved the issues. The rep that helped me was fantastic . She not only knew her stuff she helped me hook up my phone in my car… exceeded all of my expectations. She was marvelous!!!!! Do not hesitate to go to this store in Cortlandt Manor. Excellent customer service went in last night and Chris was amazing. Very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I had. He got me the best deal possible and a excellent phone. I highly recommend going to see him if you are in the market for a new phone or looking to upgrade. I felt no rush from him or anyone there and waited less than 1 minute after I got in the door to be helped. I will definitely be going back when I need my next phone and recommending here to others.
