Stood in a not busy store at the front for like 10 minutes….with two employees making eye contact with me for a while but not coming up. When they finally did they refused to give me a refund for something with a manufacturer defect. Thanks. I really need that money and never even got the joy of feeling pretty. $40 for a shirt that looks like a V on one side but looks like a U on the other side. The least the employees could do was apologize for the manufacturing defect….but they completely ignored it. Just bad customer service even if I could get a refund.

Came in over an hour before closing, and apparently you can’t try on a dress because they’re understaffed? How is that my problem, girls at the store were extremely rude and snappy about everything. I understand the busy and stuff but it does not give anyone the right to talk like that to customers.
