I was treated horribly by Cindy, when receiving haircuts. After being told I can only make an appt. on the app., my appt. was cancelled twice for another client, and was told I should not be frustrated as it’s life. I came back in on a few occasions for minor adjustments, and Cindy recently told me that I should not return, and go to another salon. Here demeanor was horrible, as if she is better than everyone else. Totally not professional nor considerate of clients needs/feelings. My family and friends have stopped going there, as they too had issues. I was kind, and never deserved of the attitude and disrespect I received. No one should ever be treated that way!!!!!!!
