Awesome customer service. I ordered an online item. It arrived early, and it looked better than it did in the item photo. I will decrease my debt load so I can apply for ZALES card! Will definitely shop here again!

Not happy with their customer service, at this location. I ordered a wedding band/ring on February 15th and was told it would arrive in 3-4 weeks. It’s week 5 and nobody has called to give me an update and when I called, the lady who answered first told me to call when they open (20 minutes later)… and when I called again she made me feel like I was bothering her. As if the delay was my fault/ my problem. I don’t plan to shop there again.
