I made a reservation on the LabCorp’s tablet and it said to be in the nearby area until I get a message to get checked in. Since it was taking a long time I went back home since I live right across from this Walgreens. I get a message at 2:50 saying to go back to check in. I go and they said the Lab was closed at 2:30 but if that was the case why did they even accept my reservation. One of the pharmacy employees told me to knock on the Lab door, so I did. The woman inside said come in but the door was locked so I knocked a couple more times and she yelled, Be patient! She later opened the door and said that they are closed and I said that you guys messaged me at 2:50. Furthermore, she let me in and said that I had to stay in the Walgreens but the tablet instructed me to be around the area not specifically inside Walgreens. If they want to get mad at a customer they shouldn’t make their instructions so damn ambiguous. Also, the woman had a sassy and stuck-up attitude.
