Poor service AT&T !!! Seller Mike said that we will have the Internet as soon as we buy a modem, and we can install it ourselves. It turned out that they did not have a modem, and we had to wait for it to be delivered to us. The modem from AT&T was brought Fedex in 3 days later. We have installed a modem, but the Internet is not available! We contacted the support team, and they told us that there was no service AT&T at this address, and we would have to wait 3 days for the technician to come. But, manager Mike said that there is Internet at this address, and everything will be OK!!! As a result, we returned the modem back, refused from AT&T services. There are too many steps for AT&T to have internet. We bought a modem from COX and immediately had internet.

This was the only experience at an AT&T store I’ve ever had that wasn’t awful. In fact, it was productive and stress free. Connor was our representative and his level of knowledge and ability is unparalleled. He got exactly what we needed done and got it done in a timely manner. I despise stepping foot in an AT&T store unless Connor is the man there to help me. Keep it up.
