Love the store, but the help isn’t knowledgeable about the e-readers they carry. They couldn’t answer simple questions about the difference nor the price of a 10 Nook either. I asked about the Lenovo 10 also. I would like to talk to someone who could answer my questions please.

I purchased three books today for the little ones. I knew what I wanted but wasn’t sure of their location. The sales person was a great resource. She knew exactly were the books were located, which were the newest in the series, and did you know that Captain Underpants is now illustrated in vivid colors. Kudos to the cashier too.
