The cashier working now was rude and denied us use of our 7 eleven rewards credit. He is always been rude ever time I’ve come in . Been coming to this 7 eleven sense it opened! Stopped for a wile because of this cashier! Thought being a almost daily customer would matter. He hasn’t changed his customer service demeanor. Maybe someone will address the issues. Until than I Will not be returning unless I see another cashier working. And may not even try. Don’t bother there are other stores in the area close by that appreciate your business especially in these days that a customer even one regular is important to local business. Try the next stop to get better service!!!!!

Trying to charge me cash for something that is Ebt eligible trying to say it’s because it’s hot food all 7/11 locations accept Ebt for that item and trying to act like he doing me a favor and accept it this one time and still charge me taxes which isn’t suppose to be tax
