Not a bad place for a haircut. Problem mainly falls on the lack of communication after a stylist finishes with a customer you are kind of left wondering if you’re next or if it’s break time? I get that appointments are more than likely made but at the very least speak up and communicate this for those who are waiting. Also, you may want to make sure you have enough staff on your busy days. Like Sunday perhaps. I’ve had to walk out twice from both of your San Juan Capistrano locations.
