Such a friendly and cozy store. I can’t say its ever crowded or disorganized, they are great with returns as long as your book is visibly unread, undamaged, and you have a receipt. They even have a Starbucks inside. However, the Starbucks inside cannot take any gift cards, coupons, scan the app or pay through the app. Only cash or card. As of May 2021 you can now dine in the cafe again.

Barnes and Noble provides a wide variety of books, magazines, etc., with a variety of items for the little ones.This establishment was clean and spacious isles that wouldn’t impede upon customers safely browse in the same area. Looks like B & N redesigned the shoo to be in compliance with Covid-19 guidelines.The Associates were friendly and willing to assist without being too imposing.Somewhat of a line but moved fairly quickly.
